The package was sent using Australia Post who are one of the leading courier companies in Australia. The package was not left on the street as stated, and we have sent you photo evidence from Australia Post on the drop off location being at your front door. It isn't our responsibility as a seller to make sure you are available on deliver to pick up your parcel.
As a seller, its not our responsibilty to track your parcel once it is successfully delivered to your specified location. But as a good will gesture, we lodged a case with Aus Post on your behalf and obtained photo proof of delivery.
Your review is based on a potential issues with either Australia post or with theft in your area and not on the quality of our product.
We have tried to assist you as much as we possibly can on this situation and there isnt anything further we can do.
